RETURN – FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEM

At Unlimited Crystals we want every customer to be 100% satisfied with our service. 

We take pride and care when packing orders, we can assure you that you will receive the items in immaculate condition, described as the information provided with photographic evidence on each product and wrapped with careful consideration. 

The Goods from Unlimited Crystals has been preserved by cleansing, smudging and has minimal handling with the stones prior to packing and shipping them out to you. We do our best to photograph each crystal thoroughly so the buyer knows what they ' re receiving along with dimensions and weight of the products. 

The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller about any issues with the item in writing by e-mail to sales@UnlimitedCrystals.com within 7 days of delivery. 

If you have received your order broken or damaged, please send us photographic evidence with the packaging and we will refund your goods once the item has been returned to us. This will only apply to received goods after purchase, this will not apply to items that have been misuse or damaged by the customer or attempt to return after the 14-day return policy. If we can see your item is commercially damaged we are entitled to decline a refund.

If your refund has been successful, it may take between 7 - 10 working days (from the date we received and inspected your returned item) for your monies to reach your account. The Buyer shall be entitled to a full refund minus 25% restocking charge.  Return or Dispatch fee will not be refunded by the company. 

Please note due to the nature of our Crystals, Gemstones and Minerals which have natural flaws, inclusions, cracks, irregular or chipped edges, admixtures of other crystals etc.

These are not classed as faulty and damaged goods. All imperfections are beauty of natural stones.

Please check carefully photos of the item you are interested in before purchase.

RETURN OF UNWANTED ITEM

If you have received your order and you are not satisfied with your product we must have photographic evidence and reasons as to why you are not satisfied with your service and we will review each case individually.

The goods must be returned with the original packaging. If it has been opened/removed these goods will not be liable for a refund as the goods must be returned in a fully resalable condition.

If the returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyers fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.

If your refund has been successful, it may take between 7 - 10 working days (from the date we received and inspected your returned item) for your monies to reach your account. You can return an item(s) to our showroom as long as you have your receipt or order confirmation email.

Alternatively, you can send your return by post. 

Please make sure your items are securely wrapped and order number obtained from the us is clearly showed on the package.

Always include a daytime telephone number and your email address in case we need to contact you about the return. If you no longer have your order confirmation email, please include a letter giving your name, address, customer number/order reference number if possible, email address and daytime telephone number plus a note of what you are returning and why, and what you wish to exchange for.

Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.

ORDER CANCELLATION 

If you wish to cancel an order you must contact us within 1 hour of your purchase as this maybe within our working hours and our packers maybe processing your order promptly. 

If a shipping label has already been printed and paid for.

We can refund the cost of the order but may not be able to refund the shipping charges.
